The HABC accredited Food Safety Level 3 course ensures that food is handled with good hygiene practice in a safe, clean environment. Because the level 3 is aimed at those working at a supervisory level, the course will also cover management techniques in relation to food safety. The training can be tailored to suit the requirements of different workplaces; this includes retail, catering and manufacturing.

This course is delivered over 3 days and a certificate will be awarded upon successful completion.
