The HABC accredited Food Safety Level 2 course teaches delegates about the safe storage and handling of food, including safe temperatures for different foods when cooking, storing and reheating them. Designed for those working with food on a regular basis, this course complies with National Occupational Standards and can be adapted to suit the specific requirements of each sector, including retail, catering or manufacturing.
