The Manual Handling Train the Trainer course ensures that delegates understand the correct techniques to use when moving and handling inanimate objects, as well as their responsibilities regarding the safety of themselves and others when doing so. They will learn how to undertake risk assessments before manual handling, and will be aware of how failing to do so, and incorrect practice, can lead to back pain. In addition to this, delegates will be taught an array of essential training skills, so that they can pass on their knowledge to other members of staff in their workplace; a great investment for any business.
