FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS COURSE

Course Aims

1. To recognise dangers and what is needed to start a fire.
2. To keep families and business people safe.

Comprehensive notes are provided on completion of the course.
This course is interactive and includes significant practical content.
Upon successful completion of the course a Basic Fire Safety Awareness certificate of attendance will be awarded.

Course Content

This course covers the following:

• What causes a fire.
• Where fire alarms should be placed.
• How to plan an escape route.
• How to recognise hazards and risks.
• How to prevent fires.
• Types of fire extinguishers.
• Quiz to spot dangers in a home or office.

Course Duration and Booking

Course duration: about 2 hours.
A Basic fire awareness certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.
