Course Aims
- To make candidates aware of current food hygiene legislation and legal requirements on any business where food is handled.
- To instruct anyone working with food, on safe practices regarding hygiene, food handling, storage, and preparation.
Comprehensive notes are provided on completion of the course.
This course is interactive and includes significant practical content.
Upon successful completion of the course a Basic Food Hygiene Awareness certificate will be awarded.

- Food temperatures for storing and serving.
